When you connect third-party services (such as Intuit QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or Slack), we access only the data necessary to provide the features you enable. Specifically:
You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings page. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing that service and delete stored access tokens.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted credential storage (AES-256-GCM), tenant-isolated database access, and role-based access controls. All third-party integration tokens are stored encrypted and never logged or exposed.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or disconnect an integration, associated data and tokens are removed. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days after deletion.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only: (a) with your consent, (b) to comply with legal obligations, or (c) with service providers who assist in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements.
