1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MadeOps ("the Service"), operated at madeops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MadeOps is a multi-tenant operations platform that provides business intelligence, helpdesk, training management, inventory tracking, food safety compliance, vendor management, and financial analytics tools for organizations. The Service includes integrations with third-party platforms (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify) to import and display your business data.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Each account is scoped to an organization (tenant). Access to data is restricted to authorized users within your organization.
  • You must not share accounts or credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload, import, or create on MadeOps. We do not claim ownership of your business data. We use your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms at your direction. By connecting an integration, you authorize MadeOps to access the data necessary to provide the relevant features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from those platforms with MadeOps. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious content

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MadeOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
